We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect Workplace to lead innovative workplace design projects from concept to completion. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, design excellence, technical detailing, and client collaboration to create functional, user-centric, and aesthetically compelling work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workplace concepts, layouts, test-fits, space planning, and design strategies.
- Drive conceptual design and collaborate with visualization teams for 3D design development.
- Prepare design documentation, technical drawings, and construction details.
- Engage with clients to understand project goals, workplace culture, and user requirements.
- Manage projects through all design stages, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Conduct workplace research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
- Maintain design quality, brand consistency,
and user-focused outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Workplace / Corporate Interior Design.
- Experience in workplace planning, test-fits, concept design, design development, and detailing.
- Robust understanding of workplace trends, space planning, and user-centric design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects within tight timelines.
