NJob Summary

nWe are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative and passionate individual with solid design skills. You will be responsible for developing innovative interior design solutions for clients while actively engaging in activities to secure projects. Proficiency in both AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this position.

NResponsibilities (Design)

NClient Collaboration: Work with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.

NConcept Development: Develop creative and functional design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections.

NPresentations: Prepare detailed design presentations—including mood boards, sketches, accurate 2D drawings (AutoCAD),



and compelling 3D visualizations (SketchUp)—along with material samples to effectively communicate ideas.

NTechnical Drawings: Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for construction and installation using AutoCAD.

NSourcing & FF&E;: Select and source furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E;), materials, and finishes, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints.

NProject Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

NSite Supervision: Conduct site visits and oversee the installation of design elements to ensure quality and adherence to the design intent.

NTrend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry technologies.

NQualifications

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

NSoftware: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (non-negotiable).

NSkills: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for client pitching
