Interior Design Consultant (Full-Time)

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

At GANNET – Timeless Kitchens and More, we design and deliver premium modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bathroom vanities, and customized storage solutions. We believe great design is a balance of aesthetics, functionality, detailing, and flawless execution.

We are looking for an Interior Design Consultant who can confidently manage the complete design journey - from understanding client requirements to preparing technical drawings and supporting project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Space Planning

Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units and customized storage solutions.

Develop functional layouts with strong attention to ergonomics, detailing and aesthetics.

Prepare mood boards, material selections and design concepts.

Visualization

Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp with V-Ray or D5.

Present concepts that help clients visualize the final outcome.

Technical Documentation

Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including:

Layout Plans

Elevations

Working Drawings

Production Drawings

Electrical & Plumbing (EPT) Drawings

Client Consultation

Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.

Conduct design presentations and incorporate client feedback.

Guide clients through material, finish and hardware selections.

BOQ & Costing

Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Generate project costing and specifications.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with production teams, vendors and installation teams.





Conduct site visits for measurements, validations and execution reviews.

Monitor project progress through installation and final handover.

Process & Project Management

Maintain project documentation.

Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Follow up on qualified leads and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.

1.5–3 years of professional experience in residential interior design.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Good working knowledge of SketchUp with V-Ray or D5 Render.

Strong understanding of modular cabinetry, materials, hardware and detailing.

Excellent space planning and technical drawing skills.

Good communication and presentation skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience with modular kitchens and wardrobes.

Understanding of BOQ preparation and project costing.

Basic sales aptitude and confidence in client interactions.

Experience coordinating projects through execution.
