Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our architectural consulting team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable interior spaces while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. Experience in green building practices and sustainable design principles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, space plans, and detailed design documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D visualizations, material boards, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and green building certification standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, etc.).
- Recommend sustainable materials, finishes, and energy-efficient design solutions that align with project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.




- 3-8 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within an architectural or design consulting setting.
- Strong understanding of space planning, design detailing, material selection, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building practices, and environmentally responsible materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design and visualization software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Residnetial,commercial, workplace, hospitality, or institutional interior projects.
- Familiarity with LEED, IGBC, WELL, or other green building certification standards.
- Knowledge of life-cycle assessment (LCA), circular design principles, and sustainable material selection.
- Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and environmental impact.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior design projects.

Experience: 38 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
