Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Developer to build and enhance enterprise automation solutions using Blue Prism(Must Have), Python, Generative AI(Must Have), REST APIs, AI Agents, and AWS services. The role focuses on delivering scalable, intelligent automation solutions that streamline complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism and Python.
- Build secure, scalable, and resilient automation frameworks with proper monitoring, logging, and exception handling.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, etc.) into automation workflows.
- Develop AI-powered solutions including intelligent document processing, chatbots, knowledge assistants, information extraction, summarization, and automated decision-making.
- Build and integrate AI Agents capable of executing complex workflows across enterprise systems and APIs.
- Develop reusable Python libraries and services for automation and AI integrations.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience.
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, including Object Studio, Process Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, Release Management, and exception handling.




- Strong Python programming skills with experience in pandas, NumPy, requests, openpyxl, and concurrent.futures.
- Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications via APIs.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Management, Function/Tool Calling, Structured Outputs, Token Management, and Model Evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, vector databases, and MCP concepts.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, JSON/XML.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Bedrock, and VPC.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, secure coding practices, Git, CI/CD, SQL, .NET/C#, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Blue Prism AD01/AD02 certification.
- Experience building production-ready AI applications using OpenAI APIs or Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, OpenSearch, AI observability, and responsible AI practices.
