Benefits involves managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The role includes designing benefit packages, ensuring compliance with regulations,



and communicating options to employees. The goal is to provide competitive and comprehensive benefits that attract and retain talent.

This position requires knowledge of benefits administration and strong organizational skills. Effective management of group core benefits enhances employee satisfaction and well-being. Group disability coverage is tied to employment.

If change or loss of job, the coverage is not portable. The cost of group coverage can also change from year to year. It is a sort of insurance that pays out if a policyholder is unable to work and earn an income due to a disability.

Managing policy/record endorsements, cancellations and Reinstatements.

Follow up with clients on approvals and related documents.

Process requests based on various rules (Subjective and Objective Judgement Involved).

Should handle client inquiries and emails.

Accurately enter and update customer information and application details into the system.





Maintain positive and proactive communication in delivery of assigned request for customers

Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy.

Timely maintenance of various work trackers.

Experience in working on policies as per instructions provided by UW

Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.

Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions.

Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.

Basic understanding of Insurance Business

Managing policy/record endorsements, cancellations and Reinstatements.

Graduate in any stream.
