Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Rajnandgaon.

The Insurance

Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial and protection needs and recommend suitable HDFC Life insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, explaining policy features and riders, assisting customers with applications and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, supporting policy renewals,



and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.

The Insurance

Agent will collaborate with branch teams and Financial Consultants to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively match customer needs with suitable life insurance solutions.

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to understand market offerings, basic financial planning, and regulatory considerations.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.

- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products in clear, simple language.

- Candidates should have basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.

- Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently in a branch environment.

- A background in sales, finance, or insurance is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.

- Knowledge of the local market and proficiency in local and English languages will be beneficial.
