Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily, preventive, and break-down maintenance of electrical systems, motor control centres (MCC), and automation components.

Equipment Servicing: Maintain and repair dairy machinery, including pasteurizers, homogenisers, filling machines, and packaging equipment.

Instrumentation Control: Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors, PLC systems, and HMIs.

Utility Support: Support to maintain factory utilities such as refrigeration systems, steam boilers, and air compressors.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets electrical safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards.

Documentation: Prepare schedules for preventive maintenance, maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage.

Educational Qualification

Education: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics,



or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and PLCs is highly desirable.

Experience

3–5 years of experience as an Instrumentation Engineer / Executive with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and PLCs is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading electrical schematic diagrams and P&IDs.;
