We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial to our e-content development cycle, focusing on the creation and review of engaging and effective learning materials. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools to produce high-quality content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with project specifications and learning objectives.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Design & Development:
- Create and review storyboards/scripts and assessments as a core part of the e-content development cycle.
- Ensure that all changes and improvements made to content are meticulously tracked and incorporated across all relevant platforms and materials.
- Verify the adherence to specifications by rigorously checking the final deliverables of each project.
- Quality Assurance & Coordination:
- Conduct thorough output/build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle to ensure high quality.
- Coordinate effectively with Graphic Designers for the development of necessary graphics and animations.
- Work closely with the LMS technical team to ensure new content is uploaded, tested, and rolled out seamlessly as per plan and requirements.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams,



fostering a smooth workflow.
- Possess a spectacular command over the English language and grammar, with the ability to proofread and review content with immaculate attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

- Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Must have 5-7 years of work experience as an Instructional Designer, with a demonstrated ability to perform effectively in this capacity.
- Instructional Design Mastery: Well-versed with Instructional Design models, and capable of executing/reviewing storyboarding/scripting, assessment creation/review, and output/build reviews.
- E-learning Tools: Demonstrated command over e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least two other tools.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate well across cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to proofread and review content with immaculate attention to detail.
