OS Installation, Image installation, OS Configuration, Knowledge of One drive and its features

Handling Ticketing tools-SNOW Preferrable

Bit locker knowledge, how to reset passwords etc.

Knowledge of Mobility devices installation like Tablet, Mac book, and iPad. etc.

Network Printer installation, L1 Support

Knowledge of FPC(Functional PC-) Features

VIP User Support-Log a call manually for the VIP Users

Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

Ability to work in at rapid paced environment, coordinating workflow and multiple tickets/tasks

Knowledge of Safe com print management and network printer.
