Job Summary An Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales by handling customer inquiries, converting leads into orders, maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers, and coordinating with the field sales and operations teams. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Generate and qualify current sales leads.

Follow up with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and retail customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathware, sanitaryware, faucets, and tile products.

Prepare quotations, price offers, and sales proposals.

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM.





Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for order processing and delivery.

Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Support the field sales team with appointments and lead management.

Stay updated on product features, designs, sizes, finishes, and market trends.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Sales closing and objection-handling ability.

CRM software knowledge.

MS Excel, Word, and Email proficiency.

Good product knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, faucets, and accessories.

Pay: ₹23,450.00 - ₹46,470.00 per month
