Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Automation solutions, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads by Telephonic Calling, Cold Calling, generated leads through digital platforms. You would need to create, manage & maintain qualified customer databases. Create digital campaigns, submit proposals, follow up for orders, process orders and manage opportunities below INR5,00,000/-

You will leverage your expertise in technology, cybersecurity, and data centre solutions to help our clients meet their evolving IT needs while achieving their strategic objectives. This will be a target carrying role. The role is based in Mumbai.

Note : Female Candidates will be preferred.​

Qualifications & Responsibilities





- Fresher to 3yrs Experience in Inside Sales

- Key Skills: Cybersecurity or Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Build & maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers.

- Develop robust relationships with various customer stake holders like CXOs (CIO/CISO/CDO), Procurement Head’s, Cross functional team.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

- Should have Techno Commercial skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any issues.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and our product offerings.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Management Degree will be a plus
