Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Manesar.
The Inside Sales
Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
Responsibilities include preparing and sharing product information, creating quotations, coordinating with the operations and engineering teams, and updating sales data in CRM or other tracking tools. The role also involves following up on leads from marketing campaigns, supporting the field sales team,
and contributing to sales reports and forecasts.
The Inside Sales
Executive will represent Zenmo’s LEV solutions, ensuring a professional and consultative approach to all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, accessible language.
Basic understanding of mobility solutions, electric vehicles, or related industries, or a strong interest in sustainable technology.
Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Manesar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
