What You'll Own

- Convert warm leads into revenue — parents who've already seen a free trial class are handed to you; your job is to close them, not cold-prospect from zero
- Run 1:1 consultative counselling calls with parents — understand their child's goals and match them to the right TechoKids program
- Own your pipeline end-to-end : follow-up via call, WhatsApp, email, and SMS until the deal closes
- Hit and exceed weekly revenue targets in a quick-paced, performance-driven team
- Track and improve your own numbers — conversion rate, average revenue per lead, average deal size

What Makes You a Fit
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or ed-tech counselling , with numbers to prove it (bring your best month)
- You can negotiate,



handle objections, and close — not just present a pitch deck and hope
- Sharp, persuasive English communication — you can build trust with a parent in the first 90 seconds of a call
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office
- Self-driven — you don't need a manager checking in hourly to hit target
- Bonus: prior experience selling education, subscription, or high-consideration products to parents
