Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our digital marketing solutions. You will play a key role in generating quality opportunities and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and qualify prospects.
- Present and explain our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets while maintaining high-quality client interactions.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or B2B services.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is preferred.
- Ability to understand client requirements and effectively communicate solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
