Job Summary

GENI HOMES is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new and existing customers via phone.
- Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and confirm site visit appointments.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams.
- Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.




- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in customer follow-up and lead conversion.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
