Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic – Inside Sale Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for relocation, packing, moving, and storage services.

· Understand customer requirements and provide accurate quotations.

· Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.

· Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution.

· Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and qualified communication.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication and any CRM tool.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, or customer support.
- Experience in service-based industry will be preferred.
