Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead – Infrastructure & Administration to lead Pan India infrastructure and administration operations.

NKey Responsibilities

n: - Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure

N. - Manage real estate, lease, site selection, and space planning activities

N. - Drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and timely completion of infrastructure projects

N. - Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support services

N. - Handle vendor management, procurement, contracts, renewals, and performance monitoring

N. - Manage infrastructure and administration budgets, cost control, and expense monitoring

N. - Ensure compliance withstatutory, regulatory, and safety requirements

N. - Manage office assets, inventory, and infrastructure-related equipment

N.



- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, contractors, architects, and external agencies

N. - Prepare infrastructureMIS, project updates, budgets, and management reports

N. - Lead and manage the Administration & Infrastructure team at the Pan India level

n Ideal Candidat

Ne: - 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Administration, Facilities, or Real Estate Managemen

Nt. - Strong experience in new office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, and infrastructure project managemen

Nt. - Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or a similar multi-location organisation preferre

Nd. - Solid vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill

Ns. - Willingness to travelacross locations as require d.
