Qualifications

7–10 years of Linux (RHEL) & AIX administration

Strong expertise in Ansible automation (must-have)

Experience in VMware, networking, and enterprise infrastructure

Hands-on in patching, upgrades, monitoring, and security

Automate OS patching, upgrades, and BAU operations

Work on Ansible Tower, workflows, and templates

Support VMware/ESXi virtual environments

Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and bridge calls

Manage storage (SAN, LVM, ASM), backups, and DR activities

Perform performance tuning and system optimization

Collaborate with teams to deliver automation-driven solutions

Maintain security, compliance, and system health monitoring What We Are Looking For 7–10 years in Linux (RHEL) & AIX administration

Solid hands-on expertise in Ansible automation (must-have)

Experience in VMware, networking, and enterprise infra

Knowledge of Oracle DB environments (preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Passion for automation and continuous improvement Preferred Skills Expertise in Ansible Tower, playbooks, roles

Experience with data center & high availability environments
