Job Title : Infrastructure Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish architectural standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and establish enterprise infrastructure architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives.
- Develop infrastructure roadmaps to support current and future business growth.
- Review infrastructure implementations to ensure alignment with architecture standards, security policies, and business requirements.
- Design and validate enterprise compute, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security, regulatory, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) requirements.
- Evaluate infrastructure changes and assess their impact on system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Analyze capacity requirements and recommend infrastructure upgrades and optimization strategies.
- Research and evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies and provide architectural recommendations.
- Support security architecture reviews and collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation,



technical standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Mentor infrastructure engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with application, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Infrastructure Architecture and enterprise infrastructure design.
- Expertise in Compute, Storage, Network, and Data Center Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of Network Architecture and enterprise networking.
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Governance and architectural best practices.
- Experience in Security Architecture, infrastructure hardening, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Capacity planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).




- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD infrastructure.

Educational Qualification :

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Science &
- Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics &
- Communication Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Science &
- Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics &
- Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Desirable: MBA as an additional qualification is preferred.

- VMware Certifications (VCP/VCAP)
- TOGAF
- OEM Infrastructure Certifications
- AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Certifications
