We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable AI applications using modern LLM frameworks, vector databases, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- Build AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI, document intelligence, and content generation.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
- Design AI workflows using prompt engineering, function calling, and agent-based architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.
- Build scalable inference pipelines for high-performance AI applications.
- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, and information extraction.
- Implement vector search solutions using enterprise vector databases.




- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend cutting-edge approaches.
- Ensure AI models comply with responsible AI, security, governance, and privacy standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience building enterprise GenAI applications.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI models and document intelligence solutions.
- Experience with AI model evaluation and prompt optimization.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model governance, and AI security.
- Experience with cloud-native AI architectures.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-9 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development.
