Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter / IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for IT and non-IT positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Shine, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.

Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals.

Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Follow up with candidates until successful joining.





Maintain recruitment reports, ATS, and candidate databases.

Support employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, Foundit (Monster), Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.

Robust expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, headhunting, and Boolean search techniques.

Understanding of IT technologies including Java, MERN, React.js, Node.js, Flutter, Android, iOS, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, and data engineering.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Experience with MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

Experience in IT services or staffing consultancy is highly preferred.
