Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

- Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update records, and analyze sales performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and improve overall sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related field (e.g. hospitality sales, healthcare sales).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets through effective cold calling techniques.

- Strong communication skills for building rapport with clients over phone conversations.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
