Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Supply Chain modules.

Investigate and resolve application, process, and transaction-related issues.

Support procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.

Engage with business users to understand issues and enhancement requests.

Configure and maintain supply chain-related setups and business rules.

Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments.

Coordinate with technical teams for integration and interface-related issues.

Assist with incident, change, and problem management processes.

Develop functional documentation, support guides, and knowledge base articles.
