Role Description The Influencer Scouting Intern role is a remote internship focused on identifying and evaluating potential influencers for brand campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching creators across social media platforms, assessing audience demographics and engagement, and shortlisting influencers based on campaign goals and brand fit. The intern will help maintain and update influencer databases, support outreach and initial communication, and coordinate basic details for collaborations under guidance from the senior team.

This role also involves tracking content performance, compiling simple reports,



and sharing insights that can improve future influencer selection and campaign results. The internship provides hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, social media strategy, and brand-building in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital branding, with familiarity across major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

Research and analytical abilities to evaluate influencer profiles, audience quality, engagement metrics, and niche relevance for specific campaigns.

Effective written and verbal communication skills to support skilled outreach, maintain clear records, and collaborate with internal teams.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple scouting tasks, update databases accurately, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Basic understanding of content strategy, campaign objectives, and how UGC and influencer collaborations contribute to brand growth.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, influencer discovery tools, or social media analytics; willingness to learn new platforms and software.

Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and adapt in a cooperative, fast-changing digital environment.

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, but applicants from other disciplines with strong interest and relevant skills are welcome.
