We are looking for a proactive and leadership focused Influencer Marketing specialist with maximum 2-2.5 years of experience who can lead impactful campaigns and build meaningful creator partnerships that drive brand growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Timings :10:30 AM- 6:30PM

Salary : 35k-40k

Location : Connaught Place ( Onsite) Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.

Research and identify relevant influencers within our target audience across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing ongoing collaborations.

Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns,



including campaign briefs, content creation guidelines, product seeding, and performance tracking.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

Maintain and update a comprehensive database of influencers, including contact information, performance metrics, past collaborations, and other relevant details.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including coordinating product shipments, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely content publication.

Take ownership of team targets, campaign quality, and client satisfaction while ensuring high operational efficiency.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in handling and leading teams, with the ability to manage workflows, mentor team members, and drive collaborative campaign execution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proactive approach with good problem-solving abilities

2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing.

Good organizational and multitasking skills
