Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers, planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building strong creator relationships, and delivering measurable campaign results. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about social media, digital marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaboration opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.

Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Coordinate campaign timelines, content approvals, and deliverables.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.

Analyze campaign metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaign ideas and content strategies.





Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Assist in generating leads for influencer marketing services and support client communication when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Solid analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools is an advantage.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
