Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Executive role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Influencer Marketing

Executive will identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers for brand campaigns, manage day-to-day communication with creators, and coordinate deliverables and timelines. The role involves supporting campaign planning and execution, preparing briefs, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining detailed reports on influencer activities and outcomes. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with brand objectives, ensure smooth execution,



and contribute to ideation for creative influencer content.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and execute effective influencer campaigns.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor activity.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to manage relationships with influencers, internal teams, and clients.

Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support brand outreach, negotiate influencer collaborations, and drive campaign impact.

Relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand management is beneficial.

Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) is an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
