We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Associate to manage creator partnerships, execute influencer campaigns, and support brand collaborations across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Negotiate collaborations and handle creator communication
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI
- Prepare reports and share campaign insights
- Research social media trends and viral content formats
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign records
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of influencer campaigns and social media trends
- Basic Excel/reporting skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in influencer marketing/social media is a plus
- Freshers with strong interest in digital marketing can apply
