This is a full-time, on-site role based in various locations like, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, and Lucknow. for an Infection Control Trainer.
The Infection Control
Trainer will design and deliver training programs on infection prevention and control for clinical and non-clinical staff, including topics such as hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, sterilization, and environmental cleaning. The role includes conducting needs assessments, preparing training materials and guidelines, organizing workshops and on-the-floor demonstrations, and monitoring compliance with infection control protocols. The trainer will observe practices in hospital units, provide coaching and feedback, support audits,
and help implement corrective actions.
The role also involves collaborating with infection control teams, documenting training activities, and contributing to reports and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Science Graduate
Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control standards, including hospital hygiene, sterilization procedures, and occupational safety.
Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and educational materials for healthcare staff.
Ability to assess current practices, identify gaps, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse professional groups and encourage adherence to protocols.
Attention to detail, analytical skills for interpreting audit and compliance data, and a structured approach to documentation.
Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting, ideally in infection control, nursing, quality, or related functions.
Relevant healthcare qualification such as Nursing, Microbiology, Public Health, or an equivalent clinical or life sciences degree.
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
