We are seeking applications for the position of Industrial Sector Expert for development of Employment Zones.

Missions/Main Duties

- Conduct industrial sector assessments,



market studies, and economic analyses to identify potential growth sectors.
- Develop strategies for industrial development, cluster formation, and sector-specific investment promotion.
- Provide inputs for planning and development of industrial infrastructure, industrial parks, logistics facilities, and support ecosystems.
- Review industrial infrastructure requirements, utilities planning, and operational frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of industrial development strategies with regional and urban planning frameworks.
- Provide inputs for land-use planning, industrial zoning, infrastructure integration, and sustainable development.

Profile/Skills

- Post-graduation in relevant domain from a reputed college.
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting assignments related to the industrial sector.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- - Industrial Development Projects
- Industrial Infrastructure Planning
- Industrial Parks / Industrial Estates
- Manufacturing Ecosystem Development
- Regional Planning
- Urban Planning
- Project Management
- Investment Promotion and Industrial Policy
