Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.

- Promote and sell paint and coating solutions to industry, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and government departments.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable coating systems.

- Visit customer sites for business development and technical support.

- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and project execution.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Track market trends and competitor activities.

- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in Technical Sales.

- Experience in the Paint, Coating, Chemical, Construction Material, Adhesive, or Building Material industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Target-driven and customer-focused.
