Job Responsibilities

I. User Inquiry & Customer Service

Respond to player inquiries regarding bonuses, promotions, and accounts via live chat, phone, and social media.

Guide users on bonus rules, eligibility criteria, and usage processes.

Deliver accurate, professional, and friendly customer service to enhance user satisfaction.

Issue

Handling & Follow-Up

Record customer feedback and handle issues such as bonus discrepancies and promotional disputes.

Investigate complex cases and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.

III. Account & Process Support

Assist users with account-related concerns including login issues, deposits/withdrawals, and bonus status.

Stay updated on platform promotions and policies to provide precise information.

IV. Promotion & Campaign Support

Introduce ongoing promotions and bonus offers to users.





Guide customers through participation processes to maximize engagement.

Service

Quality & Data Management

Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the system/database.

Monitor user satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.

Customer Relationship

Management

Maintain daily communication with existing customers.

Build strong relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
