*Responsibilities:

- 12–15 years of experience in consulting,



strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise performance roles

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred, with strong exposure to business strategy, market analysis, and value creation frameworks

- Proven experience in identifying and shaping recent value opportunities through business modeling, operating model design, or digital enablement

- Strong capability in value discovery across business functions (revenue growth, cost optimization, asset efficiency, customer experience)

- Experience in linking digital/technology initiatives (AI, analytics, automation, ERP, platforms) to tangible business impact and transformation outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to build business cases, define value hypotheses, and articulate strategic benefits for enterprise initiatives

- Exposure to business model innovation, process transformation, and strategy-to-execution alignment

- Experience in retail and/or manufacturing sectors preferred, with understanding of value levers across supply chain, sales, production, and distribution

- Strong understanding of process design and its linkage to business strategy and enterprise value drivers

- Experience in defining KPI frameworks and value metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives (not limited to tracking)

- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable initiatives with clear value potential and prioritization logic





- Background in audit, assurance, or structured validation environments to ensure credibility of business outcomes

- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to engage CXO stakeholders on strategy, value potential, and transformation impact
