You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Sales Cloud

Responsibilities:

 Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Customize Salesforce using:

- Flows

- Validation Rules

- Approval Processes

- Reports & Dashboards

- Custom Objects & Fields

 Implement Lead Management, Prospect Management, Account & Contact Management processes.

 Support Sales Cloud enhancements, data migration, and deployment activities.

 Maintain data quality, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Mandatory skill sets:

-  Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

-  Work with:

- REST APIs

- SOAP APIs

- Platform Events

- Apex Web Services

- Webhooks





-  Implement middleware solutions using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.

-  Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization challenges.

-  Develop and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications

- Preferred skill sets:

 Apex

 SOQL/SOSL

 Lightning Experience

 Lightning Web Components (LWC)

 Flow Builder

 Salesforce Security Model
