We are looking for an experienced Import Export Manager to handle end-to-end international trade operations, ensuring smooth shipment movement and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export documentation and customs clearance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, GST, customs, and trade regulations
- Handle LC documentation and international payment terms
- Monitor freight costs, duties, and shipment timelines
- Prepare MIS reports and optimize logistics costs
- Resolve shipment disputes, claims, and delays
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in import-export operations
- Robust knowledge of customs, DGFT, GST, and trade compliance
