Role & responsibilities - Process and dispatch domestic and international print-on-demand orders daily, meeting the company's 24-hour ship SLA

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) for pickups, rate negotiation and service selectio
- Prepare and verify export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), shipping bills, e-way bills, and HSN / customs paperwor
- Generate and manage shipping labels across courier and marketplace portals and the company's fulfilment system / AP
- Track shipments end-to-end;

proactively resolve delays, customs holds and delivery exceptions, and manage RTO / undelivered shipments and reshipment

- Reconcile courier invoices against booked shipments - flag weight discrepancies, surcharges and billing error
- Maintain shipment MIS - dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, courier-wise cost, and zone-wise performanc
- Coordinate with the warehouse / packing team on order readiness, packaging standards and dispatch priorit




- Handle customer and marketplace shipping queries, tracking updates and proof of delivery (POD
- Support Finance with shipping-bill / EDPMS data for export remittance closure, and RODTEP / duty drawback where applicabl
- Ensure correct declared value, Incoterms and compliance for international parcel Preferred candidate profile - Graduate;
