Role & Responsibilities
- Process customs documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates of Origin for air, sea, and land shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery across Indian ports and ICDs.
- Track shipment status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders with precision and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FSSAI, and other regulatory bodies for both import and export consignments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment data, invoice reconciliation,
and tariff classification in ERP or logistics management systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to optimize routing, reduce demurrage, and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
