We are looking for an Implementation Specialist (UI) to configure and deploy UI solutioning to our SaaS platform. This role focuses on translating customer requirements into platform configurations to deliver a seamless user experience.
Note: This is an implementation and configuration role, not a software development role.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure UI components based on customer requirements.
- Gather and understand business requirements for implementation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Perform testing and validation before deployment.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct customer onboarding and user training.
- Maintain implementation documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0.6–2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product configuration, or application support.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web applications.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer-facing implementations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
