Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for existing client accounts, handling product queries, client tickets, implementation requests, and solution delivery.
- Own and manage client support tickets, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and other cross-functional teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the best product-based solutions aligned with business needs.
- Drive end-to-end execution of change requests, enhancements, feature rollouts, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Coordinate priorities, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively resolve delivery risks and blockers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions by working closely with Product and Tech teams.
- Maintain implementation trackers, project documentation, ticket updates, and status reports.
- Monitor delivery timelines, ensure process adherence,



and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Leverage tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Excel, and Google Workspace to manage delivery and customer requests efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Delivery, Solutioning, Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management.
- Experience managing client support tickets and coordinating issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, requirement gathering, and solutioning abilities.
- Valuable understanding of SaaS products, post-sales delivery, and implementation processes.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar project/ticket management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
