We are looking to hire experienced Ion Implant Process Engineers to support advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves sustaining, optimizing, and improving implant processes in a highly automated fab setup. Key Responsibilities
Sustain and optimize Ion Implant manufacturing processes to achieve high yield, quality, and throughput
Monitor process performance and drive process stability improvements
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Work closely with equipment and manufacturing teams to resolve process deviations
Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Support process qualification, recipe optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to process control plans, SOPs, and safety standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, yield,
and manufacturing Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
Strong hands-on experience in Ion Implant process engineering
Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment
Exposure to 200mm and/or 300mm wafer fabs
Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, global fab environment Process Experience
Ion Implant
RTP exposure will be an added advantage Preferred Profile
Experience supporting production and sustaining activities in semiconductor fabs
Positive cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
International fab exposure will be an added advantage
