Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Freshers) – Sales role based in Noida. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, and explaining suitable visa and residency pathways in transparent, simple language. The consultant will conduct initial eligibility assessments, share information on documentation requirements, and coordinate with senior consultants to provide accurate guidance.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining follow-up with leads,



and updating client records in CRM or internal systems. The role also includes supporting clients through the early stages of the application process, participating in sales targets, and collaborating with the team to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess knowledge or strong interest in Immigration Issues and Global Immigration trends.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Visas and basic Law concepts relevant to immigration processes.

Candidates should possess consulting skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build client trust.

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English and Hindi), active listening, and client service orientation.

Comfort with sales activities, including calling leads, handling objections, and working with targets and incentives.

Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and maintain accurate records using CRM or similar tools.

Graduate degree in any discipline;

education in law, international relations, or business is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
