Position Overview

We are looking for a, well-presented candidate to join us as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) & Front Desk Executive.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and calendar support to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD).
- Manage appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and correspondence.
- Handle front desk operations,



telephone handling and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle Admin office role

Candidate Profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Front Office roles.
- Decent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be presentable
- Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook.
- Positive typing skills and confidence in handling office software and business communication.
