The SAP BRIM-CM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management - Convergent Charging) role is essential for managing the complexities associated with billing and revenue management solutions within an organization. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SAP BRIM-CM solutions tailored to business needs.

- Conduct training sessions for users on SAP BRIM functionalities.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in billing cycles.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support various projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP BRIM, particularly Convergent Charging.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing solutions.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue management.
- Experience with SAP ERP and cloud integration.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in user training and support.
- Knowledge of current financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in SAP BRIM is a plus.
