Role Description The Immigration Counselor will provide guidance to clients on visa options, eligibility requirements, and documentation needed for various countries. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves conducting detailed consultations, assessing client profiles, and recommending appropriate immigration pathways. The counselor will support clients in preparing and reviewing application forms, collecting and organizing documents, and tracking application status.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, staying updated on immigration policies and changes, and communicating timelines and next steps clearly. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams or external partners,



responding to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and ensuring a professional and supportive experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

Strong client consultation and advisory skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration requirements in transparent, simple language.

Excellent communication skills, including professional spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling documents, forms, and client records.

Ability to research and interpret immigration rules, policies, and updates, and apply them accurately to individual client cases.

Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and the capacity to support clients through lengthy or challenging processes.

Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM or case management systems to track inquiries and applications.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in immigration services, international education, law, or counseling is preferred.

Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory for motivated learners.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
