Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track vehicles throughout transit to ensure real-time shipment visibility.

- Coordinate with drivers before dispatch regarding routes, documentation, customer requirements, and escalation procedures.

- Verify vehicle and driver details before dispatch to ensure compliance.

- Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Update truck allocation, shipment movement, and milestones in Feeder IQ.

- Prepare and maintain seal reports, vehicle tracking reports, and transit reports.

- Ensure accurate Traqo billing entries and support documentation.

- Coordinate with transporters, operations, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movement.

- Escalate delays or operational issues promptly.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

- Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
