Purpose of the position

Handling IDPMS related activities

Job Responsibilities

- To have sound knowledge for all Trade products
- To update all BOE settlement activities on TRRACS
- To process all IDPMS related maker level activities and explicit pending entries and ensure all BOE and ORM are settled correctly on daily basis.
- To ensure daily activities of IDPMS closures assigned are completed timely.
- To update T24 payments in Bank internal Systems with out misouts.
- To Handle Client queries related to BOE/ORM closures.

- To provide monthly audit data requirements of IDPMS.
- To prepare monthly mails reminders to all clients.
- To prepare monthly letters follow up to clients and ensure timely completion of activity.

- To draft mail responses for clients
- To check documents received for BOE and ORM closures.
- To do all Compliance released check for documents submitted for Closure of Bill of entry
- To ensure RBI/Banks policy is being followed while handling IDPMS.
- Download and save IDPMS reports required on daily basis.
