Responsibilities

- Oversee the liabilities business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.

- Set and achieve targets for recent customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of branch managers and their teams.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the liabilities segment.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.

- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.





- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in banking with a focus on liabilities.

- Proven track record of managing and leading multi-branch operations.

- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
