We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Qualified with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IAM solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to organizational systems and applications. Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Relevant certifications such as SC-300, CISSP, CISM, CyberArk Defender, SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer, etc. Role Summary

Required an experienced IAM Professional with 5+ years of expertise in Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Hands-on experience in IGA (Saviynt, SailPoint), PAM (BeyondTrust, CyberArk) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is required for managing enterprise identity and access solutions. Key Responsibilities

Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) and access provisioning/deprovisioning.

Applications integration (SAP, Navis, HR systems…etc.) with IGA.





Implement and support IGA solutions (Saviynt / SailPoint).

Administer PAM tools (CyberArk / BeyondTrust) including vaulting and session management.

Configure SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access using Microsoft Entra ID.

Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Perform access certifications, audit support, and compliance reporting.

Automate workflows using PowerShell / APIs.

Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot IAM issues.

Skills

Experience with Saviynt / SailPoint (IGA).

Experience with CyberArk / BeyondTrust (PAM).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).

Understanding of IAM concepts and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

Experience with Active Directory and Hybrid Identity.
