Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) during assigned shifts.

- Supervise junior nurses and other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.

- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Critical Care or related field (ICU/MICU/PICU).

- English Communication is Mandatory

- B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.

- Diploma in General Nursing And Midwifery (GNM) preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust knowledge of critical care principles, practices, and protocols.
